About the event

It’s no secret that chronic stress has a negative impact on our well-being. Research supports that self-compassion is a useful tool for enhancing personal and professional growth in addition to lowering stress levels. Our presenter, Chris Wales, is the founder of River Crossing Coaching and has coached hundreds of clients to live their best life. She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, holds a Psychology of Leadership certificate through Cornell University, an MS in Organizational Change Leadership, and an MBA. She has a passion for serving others and is offering this workshop for free.
