Project: Reset
First Responder Wellness Retreats
A quiet, peer-based reset for first responders who carry the weight of the job.
Project: Reset is a residential retreat experience designed for first responders, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and 911 dispatch professionals.
Hosted by the Center for Suicide Awareness, Project: Reset creates space for practical nervous system education, guided breathwork, peer connection, and restorative time away from the noise.
This is not a conference.
This is not a clinical program.
This is not about labels.
It is a small-group retreat built around practical tools, meaningful connections, and time to reset.
