Mission Reset

First Responder Wellness Retreats

A quiet, peer-based reset for first responders who carry the weight of the job.

Mission Reset is a residential retreat experience designed for first responders, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and 911 dispatch professionals.

Hosted by the Center for Suicide Awareness, Mission Reset creates space for practical nervous system education, guided breathwork, peer connection, and restorative time away from the noise.

This is not a conference.
This is not a clinical program.
This is not about labels.

It is a small-group retreat built around practical tools, meaningful connections, and time to reset.
