Veterans & Military Groups
Built for Veterans, By People Who Get It
You’ve been through more than most people can imagine. And you know what it means to have someone’s six. But too many veterans carry invisible burdens—grief, trauma, transition, and isolation—without the tools or community to handle them. This training gives you real strategies to support yourself and your fellow vets when things get heavy.

Challenge Coin Suicide Prevention Campaign
More than a coin. It’s a connection.
We created a special challenge coin as part of this training, designed for peer-to-peer suicide prevention. Each coin contains a message of hope and a QR code linking directly to 24/7 support through HOPELINE™. Veterans tell us this coin gives them “permission” to speak up when it’s hard—and that small gesture can be the difference between silence and survival.

Veteran Training FAQs
Straight answers for real questions.
Is this training just for people in crisis?
No. While we cover suicide prevention, this training is meant for everyone—not just those in immediate crisis. Many veterans attend to better support their friends, family members, or themselves before things reach a boiling point. The tools are practical for everyday use, not just emergencies.
What makes this training veteran-specific?
We know veterans respond better to people and content that understand their background. This training reflects military culture, uses real-world language, and focuses on the unique stressors vets face. From reintegration to moral injury, we don’t gloss over the hard stuff—we talk about it head-on.
Do I need to be part of a VA or military organization to attend?
No affiliation is necessary. We’ve trained peer groups, nonprofits, support groups, and unaffiliated individuals who simply care about veterans. If you’re a vet—or serve, support, or live alongside one—this training is for you.
Can you bring this training to our town or organization?
Absolutely. We offer both in-person and virtual options and can tailor the content to your group’s size, goals, and setting. We’ll even help with scheduling, promotion, and setup—just use the training request form to get started.
Is the challenge coin included in every training?
Yes. Each participant receives a coin designed specifically for suicide prevention in the veteran community. It’s more than symbolic—it’s a tool you can use when words fall short, and it’s been a powerful bridge for countless vets.
