Our partnerships allow us to expand wellness, awareness, and education through collaboration with trusted organizations. Together, we create meaningful opportunities for connection, resilience, and mental health support across diverse communities.
Yerbana
Yerbana is a wellness division of the nonprofit Center for Suicide Awareness, founded by University of Washington graduates.
Created to address today’s growing crises of stress, burnout, depression, and suicide, Yerbana works to make wellness accessible for everyone - across physical, mental, social, and financial dimensions.

These four pillars define Yerbana’s approach to accessibility:
- Physically Accessible - Wellness designed for every body, age, and ability.
- Mentally Accessible - Grounded in science while honoring heart, bridging education with practice.
- Socially Accessible - Building belonging by gathering to dissolve isolation.
- Financially Accessible - Actively reducing costs so wellness remains within reach for all.
Through this partnership, Yerbana expands upon the mission, credibility, and resources of the Center for Suicide Awareness and brings them to life through innovative, community-centered programs such as:
- Yoga in the Park - inclusive, free yoga sessions held in local communities
- Seattle Wellness Block Party - Bringing wellness from solo to social
- Wellness gatherings and workshops focused on connection, healing, and belonging
- Low- or no-cost offerings that make proactive wellness support attainable for all
Together, CSA and Yerbana are building a bridge between mental health advocacy and accessible wellness, using the foundation of a trusted nonprofit to expand how communities experience care, prevention, and connection.
